Our unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds are rich in protein, phosphorous and iron. These pepitas are great in salads or just for snacking. No need to worry about what to do with the shells because there aren’t any! Our pumpkin seeds are roasted right in-house so they’re as fresh as can be.
